Privacy: We neither rent nor sell our customer lists. We appreciate that you shop with us and frankly, we're just not terribly interested in sharing your custom with telemarketers, email spam robots, or dating services for singles who smoke. We imagine if you were interested in their wares, you would let them know.
Returns: You may return unused purchases for an exchange or store credit within thirty days of shipment with a modest restocking fee of fifteen percent.
Diameter: Size does, after all, matter. If you smoke a non-standard diameter cigarette, or a cigarette that does not fit our Slim and Super Slim category, you may email us for fit suggestions.
Wholesale enquiries: For volume discounts to retail establishments, you may contact us at the email address provided.
Shipping: In stock orders placed online as "Rush" usually ship the same day the order is received. Rush (USPS Express) orders are available during checkout. For shipping enquiries, our hours are 10-4 CST, Monday - Friday. 615.799.8353. "Standard" estimated ship time is six to ten business days.
Free Shipping: Standard domestic shipping is free for orders with a total of $100.00. International orders ship free of charge with a threshold of $150.00.
