1. Will your holders fit brand X?

Generally speaking, most holders are designed to hold the normal diameter cigarettes. However, with the 829CH and the 830CH, diameters in the Virginia Slims range will usually work. Anything smaller than that will not work, such as the "super slim" cigarettes.

2. How soon does it take to get my order?

Within the United States, including FPOs and APOs about 3 business days (US Priority Mail), if your product is in stock. If it is on back order, usually no longer than 2 weeks.

3. I live outside of the US, how do you ship?

First class air mail, or the equivalent for your area.

4. What is the shipping/handling charge for non-US orders?

$10.00US

5. Do you offer overnight shipping?

No. Not at this time.

6. How does my order come packaged?

In most cases, a US Priority Mail box. We respect the privacy of our customers, so there are no external marking as to contents.
